Please arrive by 4:30pm so you have time to grab a seat, take it all in, and settle before our 5:00pm ceremony start. We promise it’s worth being on time.

What time should I arrive?

Read more about the weekend plan here. All day-of wedding events will be held at Agave of Sedona — ceremony, cocktails, dinner, dancing. Once you’re there, you’re set.

Where is everything happening?

Where should I stay?

If you’re staying at Sky Rock Hotel, it’s about a 3-minute walk to the venue. If you are driving, there’s parking on-site.

How can I get to the venue?

Dressy casual or cocktail attire for the romantic desert vibe. If you want to lean into our colors, they are terracotta, rust, peach, soft pink, and warm neutrals.

What should I wear?

Expect warm, sunny desert heat that softens into a perfect, cool evening (recommend a light layer).

  • Late afternoon (arrival/ceremony): 85–90°F

  • Early evening (cocktail hour): 78–82°F

  • Night (reception): 70–75°F

What will the weather be like?

Can I bring a plus one? What about kids?

Yes and yes. Just make sure we’ve got everyone accounted for ahead of time.
